Privacy & Enquiries

Information you send

When you make an enquiry, we receive the contact details, vehicle information, location and message you provide. We use these details to respond, discuss an offer and, if agreed, arrange collection.

Enquiry delivery and website protection

Enquiries are delivered through our website and email providers. Technical information may be processed to operate the site and limit spam or misuse. Please do not include identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.

Links and external services

Google Maps embeds load content from Google when displayed and may send technical information to that service. Google’s privacy practices apply. Map links open a separate service. The website may use cookies needed for its operation. We do not need your precise device location to assess an enquiry; a pickup suburb is a useful starting point.
